Each person may maintain only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strata Platforms and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any betting decisions made based on the platform's content. In no event shall the total liability of Strata Platforms exceed the aggregate amount of subscription fees you have paid in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strata Platforms, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any betting decisions you make.
Strata Platforms reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Users may cancel their subscription and close their account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Strata Platforms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify users through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
